The Role

Candidates must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Accurately pick fresh fruit from stock according to order specifications.

Moderate lifting capability is required to handle stock and inventory effectively.

Pack fresh produce into boxes or containers with care to ensure safe transportation and minimise damage.

Label and document packed orders with accurate information such as order dates and details.

Maintain a clean and organised work environment, following food safety and hygiene standards.

Assist with quality control by checking the freshness and condition of the fruit before packing.

Ensure proper inventory levels and report any discrepancies to supervisors.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet targets and deadlines.

Help with sorting and preparing incoming deliveries of produce.

Assist with stock rotation to ensure older stock is used first to prevent wastage.

Follow health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Assist in general warehouse duties as needed.

This position requires availability to work night shift hours from 10pm to 6am.
