About the Role:
We are seeking motivated and reliable Landscape Labourers and HR Drivers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of landscaping tasks, maintaining outdoor spaces, and safely operating HR/MR vehicles as required. The position involves working outdoors in a team environment and contributing to the beautification and upkeep of local areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out general landscaping tasks, including planting, mowing, trimming, and maintenance of green spaces.
Operate HR/MR trucks for transporting materials and equipment.
Perform site preparation and assist with other manual tasks as needed.
Ensure all activities are carried out safely and efficiently, adhering to protocols and guidelines.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily targets and project deadlines.
Assist with the upkeep and maintenance of equipment and vehicles.
Criteria:
HR or MR Driver's Licence (essential).
Experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or similar outdoor work.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks in various weather conditions.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of work and safety.
