My Rehab Team (MRT Rehab) is an Allied Health provider that provides in-home allied health services. We specialise in, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy

We have an amazing opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join our fantastic team. The role is specific to aged care & home care package clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Physiotherapist's support clients with delivery of tailored exercise interventions, home exercise programs and maximising the health and recovery for each individual. Our Physiotherapists support clients in the following:

Management of aged - related conditions

Pre and Post surgery

Pain management

Muscular reconditioning (balance and mobility retraining)

Disease and condition management

Mobility aid prescription

Manual handling training

ABOUT YOU

Permanent resident in Australia

Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy

1-year minimum experience as a physiotherapist

Proficiency in implementing therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation services

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organisational and time management skills

Have a proactive approach and strive for excellence

Knowledge of the NDIS and Aged Care System

Current AHPRA registration
