We’re a boutique, family-owned dairy company with a small factory outlet in Balaclava. We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Deputy Manager to support the daily running of our store.

What you’ll do:

Drive our refrigerated van (Balaclava ↔ Mordialloc) and handle stock transfers

Pick, pack, load/unload, and replenish shelves

Maintain stock rotation, cleanliness, and store presentation

Provide friendly customer service and process sales

Assist with deliveries, online orders, and general store tasks

What we’re looking for:

Current driver’s licence (forklift licence a bonus)

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

Customer-focused with good communication skills

Reliable, flexible, and proactive with a “can-do” attitude

Current police clearance
