🏬 About the Role

We're hiring:

2x Casual roles for our retail stores (North Lakes and Manly West)

While you’ll have a primary store base, some flexibility to support other locations is appreciated especially when the team needs a hand.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:

Delivering an exceptional customer experience every time – we don’t just sell supplements, we build community.

Becoming a product pro – we’ll provide full training so you can confidently recommend what’s best for our customers.

Creating a positive vibe in store – think upbeat, friendly, and genuinely helpful.

Maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment with energy and pride.

Participating in local events and promotional activities outside the store, helping spread the word and build stronger connections with our community.

Occasionally supporting across different locations when needed.

💪 What You’ll Bring:

A positive, can-do attitude and a natural ability to connect with people.

A genuine interest in health, fitness, or wellbeing.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.

Retail or customer service experience is great, but not essential – we’ll train the right person.

Ability to multitask – think chatting with a customer while restocking shelves and keeping things moving.
