The Role

• Collaborate with fellow educators to develop and implement creative and engaging educational programs
• Track and document each child’s learning and development journey
• Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for all children
• Develop tailored learning plans to support each child’s individual growth
• Provide hands on guidance to help children achieve their developmental milestones

Role Requirements

• Bachelors in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Current Working with Children’s Check (Blue Card)
• Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Full working rights within Australia

The Company
This beautiful service based in Mackay is seeking their next ECT! Opening their doors between 6:30am – 6:30pm, Monday to Friday. This is a purpose built service with a large outdoor area filled with stimulating activities for the children. The classrooms are filled with natural light and amazing facilities.
