The Role
As our wonderful dental team grows, we are now seeking a Trainee Dental Assistant to join our Launceston practice. As a trainee, you will learn the ropes of dental assisting, being taught how to support dental care delivery under the supervision and direction of clinicians and our experienced Dental Assistant team. You will also learn the full range of duties including administration and reception, sterilisation, and infection control practices.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Be willing to undertake your certificate III in Dental Assisting
Prior work experience demonstrating your ability to contribute as an effective team member
A commitment to high quality patient centric care.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong desire to contribute to an outstanding team.
A current Working with Vulnerable People check.
