They are trusted advisors to iconic high-net-worth families with interests across a variety of industries, including retail, wholesale, property, and family office investments.
The firm is now seeking an Associate Director or Partner to help drive its next phase of growth.

The Role

You will manage a portfolio of impressive clients and lead a highly skilled team to meet both compliance and strategic advisory needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of high-value clients, delivering strategic tax and business advice.
• Playing a key role in firm-wide decision-making, strategic planning, and business development.
• Mentoring and developing junior staff while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

The Person

• CA or CPA qualified, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in public practice.
• Strong technical knowledge in taxation, compliance, and business advisory.
• Experience working with family offices and private clients.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage long-term client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building strong client partnerships.
