The Opportunity

As part of their physio team, you’ll:

• Dive into new client histories and movement screens like a detective, what’s the cause, and how do we crush it?
• Design tailored rehab programs, tweak them on the fly, and prescribe at-home exercises that get done.
• Use the latest physio and rehab equipment, think gym balls, foam rollers, ultrasound machines - the works.
• Keep impeccable patient notes so their whole team stays in the loop.

Your responsibilities & duties

• Evaluate the medical history and functional abilities of new clients
• Develop treatment plans
• Adjust plans and prescribe new treatments where necessary
• Provide treatment using physiotherapy and rehabilitation equipment
• Show patients exercises that they can perform at home
• Update patient records

Your skills & experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
• AHPRA registration (mandatory) and previous physio experience, bonus points for sports or musculoskeletal rehab!
• Current driver’s license (road trips to satellite clinics? Yes, please.)
• Top-notch communication, explaining exercises clearly (and kindly) is your superpower.
• Masterful time-management, you know how to juggle a full schedule without breaking a sweat.
