Bentley’s Plaster Joint is a family-run business located in Lilydale, Victoria. We’re a trusted name in the Plasterboard industry, delivering professionalism and high standards to our clientele.

As a factory hand and delivery driver, you will play a key role in the smooth running of our warehouse. This includes daily Ute deliveries of plasterboard around Melbourne, picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently, assisting with receiving, unpacking, and storing stock, and general warehouse duties while maintaining a clean, safe, and productive work environment. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who is physically fit and able to perform manual handling duties.

Qualifications and Experience

Forklift license (preferred but not essential).

Current Australian driver’s license

Previous warehouse experience (preferred but not essential).

Knowledge of the plastering industry (preferred but not essential).

Basic computer literacy

Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
