At The Leederville Sporting Club our mission is to foster a sense of community through lawn bowls, quality beverages, family-friendly activities, and the enjoyment of sports.

The Bar Person will serve beverages responsibly, keep the venue tidy and ensure customers are safe and everyone's bowling, rolling and having a good time.

The successful candidate will be organised, positive and ready to work hard and have fun.

Bar Person Position

3 shifts a week (24 hrs p/w). Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Potentially 5 shifts a week in Oct, Nov and Dec.

Adhere to RSA guidelines to ensure patron safety.

Maintain cleanliness and ambiance in the bar area.

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including pouring beer, spritzs and very simple "pour" style cocktails.

Provide outstanding customer service, reflecting our inclusive ethos.

Collaborate with other team members.

Must be able to work nights and weekends.

Must be friendly and hard working.

Club Award Wage.

Qualifications and Requirements

RSA certification is mandatory.

Minimum 1 year bar experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
