About the Role
We are currently seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Casual Early Childhood Educator to join our friendly team, who can start immediately. This role will suit someone who enjoys working flexibly, supporting colleagues across different age groups, and building positive relationships with children and families.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating engaging and age-appropriate programs.

Provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all children.

Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Follow all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and respectful team culture.

Requirements

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards).

Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).

Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility to work across different shifts and age groups.
