The Role

• Consult with customers (phone, virtual, face to face)
• Design Solar solutions for homes and businesses
• Convert warm leads into satisfied customers
• Follow up prospects and maintain a robust pipeline
• Hit budget targets and KPI's month by month

About You

• Proven sales track record - Solar or Energy is advantageous but not a must
• Ability to operate an accurate CRM - logged notes and track targets
• Motivated and proactive - you don't sit back and wait for opportunities
• A natural communicator - builds trust well
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver strong results

• $70k-$80k Base + $145k OTE + Super
