Amped Up Power is looking for an experienced electrician

Amped Up Power is a small electrical company based in the Inner West suburbs of Sydney, typically working within a 10 km radius of Sydney CBD.

Our target market is mid-high end residential construction and renovation projects. We have a diverse range of clients so the role will also see service jobs, commercial fit outs, data and security, UPS and PV installation projects as required.

We are looking for a reliable and confident electrician to help fill our continually growing demand. You will be expected to deliver a wide range of electrical services, being considerate and efficient to uphold our positive company image and client relations.

You will be required to conduct professional client interactions, work effectively with staff and builders and maintain site documentation.

This role will include:

Managing construction projects and collaboratively

Installation, maintenance and fault finding smaller service jobs

Analysing site documentation, fulfilling client requirements and recording relevant job notes

Maintaining a professional image, direct client interaction and productive collaboration with builders

Managing team members on site, including our skilled apprentices

Ensuring of up to date knowledge and installations compliant to AS3000

What we need:

At least 2 years experience with an Australian electrical licence

Clear and effective communication between staff and clients

Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions

Attention to detail, pride in workmanship and desire to grow your abilities

Flexibility around occasional overtime or weekends by demand (with notice)
