Trill Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrician to join our team in Smithfield, NSW. We specialise in commercial and industrial renewable energy solutions, including solar PV systems, battery storage, and EV charging infrastructure. What You’ll Be Doing

Installing and maintaining solar, battery, and EV systems in commercial and industrial environments

Performing general electrical works including switchboard upgrades, cable runs, and system commissioning

Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency

Leading or supporting project delivery with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Ensuring all work complies with Australian Standards, WHS regulations, and SAA guidelines

Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting on project progress

Providing excellent customer service and representing Trill Group’s values on-site

Working on high-profile renewable and construction projects across Australia

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Electrician with a Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician

Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial or industrial electrical work

Proven experience with solar and battery installations (SAA accreditation highly regarded)

Strong understanding of electrical schematics, system design, and fault-finding

A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently or lead a small team

A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
