Registered Nurse (PGY4+) – Innovative Mental Health Clinics

About the Role

You will play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality patient care in our innovative treatment clinics. Responsibilities include:

Pre-treatment checks (vitals, patient readiness, consent confirmation)

In-treatment monitoring (blood pressure, heart rate, mental state)

Managing side effects (e.g. dissociation, nausea, dizziness)

Patient support (reassurance, therapeutic presence during sessions)

Documentation & reporting (treatment records, observations, escalation if needed)

Collaboration (working with psychiatrists, clinic staff, pharmacists)

Safety protocols (emergency preparedness, incident reporting)

About You

Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration (PGY4+ required)

Minimum of 4+ years post-graduation nursing experience required

Any nursing experience is acceptable to meet the 4+ years post-graduation requirement

Mental health experience desirable but not essential

Strong clinical judgement, attention to detail, and calm under pressure

Excellent communication and collaborative skills

A commitment to patient safety, wellbeing, and continuous learning

Valid Australian work visa or citizenship required
