Maintenance Plumber – Residential | Brisbane / Ipswich / Logan

What you’ll do

Diagnose and resolve residential maintenance issues: hot-water, leak detection/repairs, blocked drains & stormwater, tapware/toilets, and small gas works (if licensed).

Educate customers, explain options, and document neat, transparent job notes/photos.

Collaborate with dispatch and teammates to plan ahead, improvise, adapt and overcome—safely and cleanly.

Participate in an after-hours roster (fair rotation) with amazing allowances, we provide this as a service to our customers and want you to be rewarded, you pocket all the profit!

What you’ll bring

Cert III Plumbing with current QLD plumbing licence, manual driver’s licence, White Card.

Solid maintenance experience and customer communication skills.

Pride in presentation, tidy workmanship, and safe practices.

Structured 12-month development plan with paid licences/endorsements (e.g., Type A gas appliances, TMV & Backflow) and manufacturer training days (Rheem, Rinnai, Stiebel, etc.).

Toolbox talks, ride-alongs, and post-job coaching focused on craftsmanship and customer education.
