HVAC Apprentice – 3rd/4th Year

Tiger Services Group is a leading provider of HVAC and electrical solutions across NSW, delivering high-quality installation, service, and maintenance works for commercial, government, and Defence clients. With a strong pipeline of projects, we are seeking a motivated 3rd or 4th Year HVAC Apprentice to join our growing team.

The Role

This is a great opportunity for an apprentice who wants to expand their skills and gain hands-on experience across a variety of HVAC systems. You will work under the guidance of senior technicians and be involved in:

Assisting with installations, upgrades, and retrofits

Supporting reactive and scheduled service works

Learning to carry out diagnostics, fault finding, and repairs

Working closely with clients, site managers, and internal teams

Developing skills in digital reporting and job documentation

What We’re Looking For

3rd or 4th Year Apprentice currently completing Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

Enthusiasm to learn across split systems, ducted units, VRV/VRF, and commercial plant

Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving

Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

Driver’s license (provisional or full)
