About the role

St Mary Bus NSW is seeking a reliable and experienced Mini Bus Driver to join our team in Artarmon, NSW. This is a casual role, providing flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle. As a Mini Bus Driver, you will play a crucial part in delivering efficient and safe public transport services to the local community.

What you'll be doing

Safely operating and maintaining a small to medium-sized bus or minivan to transport passengers

Ensuring the comfort and safety of all passengers during the journey

Adhering to all traffic rules and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

Assisting passengers with boarding and alighting the vehicle, including providing support to those with mobility challenges

Completing necessary paperwork and documentation related to the daily operations

Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections to identify and report any vehicle issues

What we're looking for

A current and valid driver's licence (minimum of a Light Rigid class) with a Good driving record

Previous experience operating a mini bus or similar commercial vehicle

Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with passengers of all ages and backgrounds

Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

A commitment to safety and a willingness to follow all relevant policies and procedures

Effective communication and interpersonal skills
