Despatch Administrator - Wetherill Park
Location: Wetherill Park
Role: Temp to Perm - Despatch Administrator
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm

Our client is seeking a motivated Despatch Administrator to join their Wetherill Park team. This role is key to supporting warehouse and transport operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across despatch and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate transport bookings and liaise with drivers.
• Process despatch, freight, and inward goods documentation.
• Prepare DG and export paperwork, plus Loscam pallet records.
• Manage stock transfers, stocktakes, and returns.
• Provide administrative support to the Despatch Office and Warehouse Manager.
• Picking stock when required, Forklift or using Electric Pallet Rider

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in despatch/warehouse administration.
• Strong MS Excel & Outlook skills (Intermediate-Advanced).
• Sage X3 knowledge and forklift licence beneficial.
• Excellent attention to detail, numeracy, and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
