This long-standing and reputable insurance repair builder is growing their Sydney divison following a restructure.

They are seeking a Senior Restoration professional to join their team in a full-time position.

**This role will be focused on Estimating and Team Leadership.

**We do however welcome more junior applicants who are looking for Restoration Technician positions.

ABOUT THE ROLE AND COMPANY

This is a full time, permanent position, Monday - Friday.

Travel may be required as part of this position. You will predominantly be covering Sydney Metro, but may at times be required to travel up to the Central Coast.

This role will be focused on Estimating and Team Leadership.

This is a full time position, Monday to Friday. The salary is $90,000 - $110,000 per year + superannuation, with a work vehicle (van) provided - experience dependent.

ABOUT YOU

Must have prior Restoration Technician experience within the insurance space, with sound knowledge of the building and restoration industry - experience in fire, mould, water restoration.

Estimating experience within restoration.

Experience leading a team.

IICRC qualifications preferred.

Tools experience in building trades highly regarded.

Excellent communication skills and able to converse with clients

Great customer service – can do attitude.

Happy to travel to various jobs throughout metro area.

Full driving license (green Ps considered).
