Flowers Gold Coast is seeking a talented Florist to join our Ashmore Studio team!

We're looking for someone who can design beautiful, on-trend floral arrangements while helping coordinate the daily flow of studio life — from preparing orders to engaging with our lovely customers.

This role will start as a casual position with hours ranging from 15–38 per week.

We're a close-knit, friendly and fun-loving team, and we'd love to welcome someone with the same positive energy and passion for floristry.

What We're Looking For

Hands-on floristry experience is essential, gained either through shop experience or completion of a Certificate III in Floristry.
(Unfortunately, we're unable to consider applicants without floristry experience at this time.)

A minimum of 3-6 months of floristry experience is required.

A keen eye for detail and a genuine love for working with flowers.

Someone who thrives in a team environment but can also work independently.

Weekend availability is required.

Key Responsibilities

Create stunning floral arrangements for online and in-store orders.

Design and prepare wedding and event flowers, including set-up and delivery when required.

Assist with inventory control to minimise waste and ensure stock availability.

Contribute to the smooth, organised and enjoyable daily running of the studio.

Package and dispatch bouquets & orders with care.

Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming workspace.

Communicate confidently with customers in person, by phone, and via email.
