Handyman / All Rounder | $40–$50/hr ABN | Brisbane + Away Work

Expandify is seeking a skilled Handyman / All-Rounder with their own tools to join our modular home installation and finishing crew. This role is ideal for someone who can jump between carpentry, repairs, fit-off, and general site works with confidence.

You’ll be working across Brisbane area, with some regional away projects (all costs covered). If you’re versatile, reliable, and want consistent work with weekly pay — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

General handyman and finishing tasks on modular prefab homes

Getting hands-on with modular home installations — from setting out foundations through to final finishings

Assisting with module placement, expansion, and connection alongside our experienced crew

Taking part in roofing, cladding, and fit-off works, adding the details that bring each home together

Using your skills and tools to complete a variety of tasks — no two days are ever the same

Working closely with skilled trades and supervisors to deliver high-quality prefab homes

Helping create a safe, clean, and productive site environment

Enjoying the variety of local and regional projects, with all away costs covered

What You’ll Get

$40–$50/hr flat rate ABN (based on skills, tools & reliability)

Split of work in Brisbane area and remote living away work

Living Away All accommodation covered when working away

Living Away Travel Allowance: $21.94/day

Living Away Meal Allowance: $30/day (paid daily, regardless of hours)

Living Away Per-Kilometre Reimbursement: $0.96/km for travel to jobs >100km away

Weekly Pay – on time, every time

Job Security: 9+ months of confirmed projects with more added each week

Varied Work: No dragging projects – most jobs completed in 1–2 weeks

What You’ll Need

A valid White Card – essential for working on active construction sites

Your own reliable tool kit – from hand tools through to basic power tools (must-have for this role)

Reliable transport to get to and from sites across Brisbane, Gold Coast, and regional projects

Solid hands-on experience across handyman, carpentry, fit-off, or installation tasks

Basic PPE (hi-vis, steel caps, hard hat, gloves, glasses) – we’ll supply any specialised gear if needed

A self-sufficient mindset – you can turn up with the right gear and get straight to work

Team-player attitude with the confidence to work independently when required

Flexibility for short-term away projects – accommodation, meals, and allowances fully covered
