We’re looking for a Transaction Associate to join our rapidly growing business. You’ll work alongside our directors on rent roll and real estate business sales, keeping deals on track, supporting key tasks, and communicating seamlessly. You’ll be dealing directly with some of the country’s most successful real estate business owners — the decision-makers who’ve built multi-million-dollar legacies.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Qualification & Management
You’ll prospect new opportunities, qualify buyer enquiries, and manage leads through a structured framework. With detailed CRM profiling and lead scoring, you’ll ensure only the strongest opportunities progress to our senior brokers.
Transaction Support
Be hands-on across the full deal cycle. From assisting with presentations and coordinating marketing collateral, to managing communication with buyers, sellers and legal teams, and tracking progress through due diligence. Post-settlement, you’ll help oversee smooth handovers, client communications and integration check-ins, ensuring every transaction is a success.
Systems & Process Development
Take ownership of our CRM and reporting systems to keep buyer and seller data accurate, track performance metrics, and support seamless handovers. You’ll also drive quality and consistency by monitoring service standards, capturing client feedback, and leading regular reviews to improve processes and optimise efficiency.
CAREER PROGRESSION PATHWAY

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales, property management, property management Business Development or valuation (including those who may be studying part time).
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
Base + Performance Model:
Base Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience) plus bonuses. Anticipated salary $150,000 +
