About Our Client

Our client delivers civil engineering and infrastructure solutions for technically complex and high-risk projects, including roadworks, bridges, and slope stabilisation. With a commitment to local industry participation they ensures reliable, high-standard project delivery across Queensland.

What You Will Be Doing:

Working as a trainee from Monday – Friday with 6:30AM starts 8-10 hour days you will be completing the following;

Construct & mark roads

Use hand & power tools

Read & interpret plans and specifications

Carry out measurements & calculations

Plan & organise construction work

Work safely in compliance with WHS requirements

Once you have concluded your 2 year traineeship you will obtain a Cert III in Civil Construction (Road Construction & Maintenance).

What You Will Need:

White Card

Driver’s Licence + reliable transport

Willingness to obtain operating tickets (RIIs)

Willingness to pursue a career in civil construction

Strong teamwork skills & motivated attitude

Physically fit as work will be labour intensive
