Casual Member Consultants – Multiple Roles Available
Anytime Fitness Secret Harbour

We’re looking for driven people who are ready to work hard and deliver results. If you’ve got energy, discipline, and a passion for health and fitness, this is your chance to join our team.

These roles start at 10–25 hours per week with a roster covering
Monday to Thursday: 9am–7pm
Friday: 9am -3pm
Saturday: 9am – 12pm
We are looking for people who are available for an immediate start.

What you’ll be doing

· Following a proven sales process and taking ownership of membership sales – phone calls, follow-ups, and face-to-face sign ups.

· Supporting members with account changes, freezes, and enquiries.

· Driving new prospects through marketing, social media, and community engagement.

· Getting out in the community to promote the club and build connections.

· Creating an unbeatable member experience and club culture.

· Consistently meeting and exceeding sales KPIs.

What we’re looking for

· Someone who thrives on action and results, not just words.

· Confident, sales-driven, and not afraid to pick up the phone.

· Comfortable promoting the club through outreach and networking.

· A proactive go-getter who wants to grow with us.

· Must hold a current First Aid & CPR certificate and a Police Check less than 12 months old, or be willing to obtain these if successful.

· Cert III in Fitness is an advantage but not essential.
