In this hands-on, full-time role, you work with your team to maintain hospital cleanliness while adhering to high standards. Your leadership will be key in delivering services and creating a positive, team-oriented work environment that strives to surpass client expectations.

This role is based at one of Brisbane's largest private hospitals.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will:

Lead the cleaning team

Perform general cleaning

Sweep, mop, and vacuum

Disinfect areas such as public spaces, meal rooms, offices, and bathrooms

Undertake manual handling, including trolleys and

Remove rubbish and dirty linen

Use chemicals to sanitise and disinfect

Proactively manage stakeholder expectations

Skills and Experience

The successful applicant will be suitably experienced and have:

Proven experience in a similar role

Solid knowledge of cleaning and hygiene-related services

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

A national criminal history check is required for this role
