Do you want a career making a difference in people's lives and contributing to the safety of your community but feel a custodial environment isn't for you? The Department of Justice and Community Safety are looking for people like you to join as a Case Manager with Community Correctional Services (CCS).
CCS are currently recruiting four Case Managers for the South Metropolitan region: 2 x ongoing positions in Dandenong, 1 x ongoing position in Pakenham and 1 x fixed term position to February 2026 based in Cranbourne.
Community Correctional Services is a state-wide service that manages individuals on court orders, people who have committed serious sex offences on post sentence supervision and prisoners on parole.
Evidence suggests that when a person's risk profile allows it, community-based rehabilitation is more effective at addressing offending behaviour than time in custody. Based out of justice service centres across Victoria, our team of case managers take charge of the supervision and coordination of services for individuals subject to statutory court orders.
Why we love this work
