WHAT YOU’LL DO
In this rewarding role, you’ll lead the delivery of high-quality, community-based care with support and oversight from your Supervisor and Team Leader. A typical day at National 360 may involve:

• Enjoy a tailored caseload with primarily paediatrics, you will also have the opportunity to support private and aged care clients.
• Enjoy flexibility in setting appointments and the option to work from home or our local office.
• Receive great supervision, PD opportunities and support to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
• Work alongside a diverse, multidisciplinary team passionate about helping the community.
• NDIS experience is a plus, but your Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology skills and ability to inspire clients are the focus.
• Manage your own caseload in various community settings, including homes, schools, and aged care facilities.
• Take part in team social events, lunches, and celebrations to build connections and enjoy a positive workplace culture.

ABOUT YOU
You thrive in a supportive, team-driven environment where collaboration and connection matter, and you’re ready to deliver meaningful support to clients in the community. You might have a special interest in paediatrics or have preference for a generalist caseload. You’re organised, a good communicator, and genuinely care about helping people reach their goals. If you meet the following criteria, we would love to hear from you!

• You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology.
• You have current AHPRA or SPA Registration (or pending).
• You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
• You have a minimum of 1 year experience in community, private or acute settings.
• You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.
• You have or willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with children check.
