GRC Consultant
Location: Sydney (Hybrid - 3 days per week)
Max Term Contract: 12 months (part-time, 3 days per week)
Salary: $130-150k pro rata (depending on experience)

We are seeking an experienced GRC Consultant to join a leading renewable energy company on a 1-year contract. This role offers a flexible hybrid arrangement, requiring 3 days per week, and provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to the organisation's governance, risk, and compliance framework while supporting their mission in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise across Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks and processes
• Support risk assessment, policy development, and compliance monitoring activities
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure regulatory obligations and best practice standards are met
• Deliver clear reporting and recommendations to strengthen risk and compliance posture
• Contribute to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in line with organisational goals

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience as a GRC Consultant or similar role
• Strong understanding of risk management, compliance frameworks, and governance principles
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work independently within a hybrid environment
• Interest or experience in renewable energy will be highly regarded
