Inspira Kids is growing, and we are looking for passionate, friendly Early Childhood Teachers and Educators to join our team at the Shepparton Centre in Kialla or the Archer Street Centre in Shepparton, on either a part-time or casual basis.

Duties and Responsibilities

Lead or assist in creating innovative educational programs that reflect the Early Years Learning Framework

Supporting children’s social, emotional, physical and educational needs within a group and as individuals

Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, parents and team members

Assisting children with their daily routines and supporting them in their learning

Observing children daily and using those observations to ensure the needs, strengths and interests of children are met

Attending staff meetings and any professional training sessions, as required

About You

Hold a Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA-approved equivalent

For ECT applicants: hold current VIT registration

A current First Aid Certificate (including CPR & Asthma Anaphylaxis Training)

Current Working with Children's Check

Passionate about creating a calm and positive learning environment for our children
