NT Music School is seeking a full time music teacher, to be based in Alice Springs, on the dry-or-flooded Todd River; tucked into the MacDonnell Ranges in the vast red centre. The NT Music School provides instrumental ensemble & choral tuition, music education services, support, events and programs in NT government schools. We are seeking a fully qualified, registered teacher to join our team.

Key activities include:

The school is seeking an instrumental music specialist (woodwind highly regarded) to add to our complement of expertise.

Deliver high-quality music education to students in various age groups.

An attractive salary commencing at $92,215 to $131,349 (based on your years of classroom teaching experience) + the option to salary sacrifice + 17.5% leave loading

Relocation assistance - we’ll support your moving costs and provide you with up to 6 fortnightly relocation allowance payments paid on top of your salary ($647*/fortnight single or $894*/fortnight with dependants

6 weeks recreation leave and 6 weeks stand down leave per annum, 3 weeks personal leave per annum, 5 days per annum for Cultural and Ceremonial leave obligations. *Figures correct as at 1 Jan 2024
