PLANNED PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PLUMBER REQUIRED (PERTH METRO AREA)

$105,000 – $140,000 annual package

Company vehicle & fuel card

Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week

Full-time permanent role on our long-term contracts

What you'll be doing as our PPM Plumber:

In this role, you will conduct planned preventative maintenance activities on our client’s local commercial buildings across the Perth metro area, including:

Government infrastructure

Commercial properties

Hotels

Healthcare facilities

Aged care buildings

Stadiums

What you'll bring to our team:

Previous commercial PPM plumbing experience (preferable)

Previous experience using IT systems to test and update assets including completing checklists, reports and attaching photos (Simpro advantageous)

WA Plumbing Tradesperson Licence

WA Gas Permit (advantageous)

WA Driver’s Licence
