Responsibilities:

• Driving the end-to-end recruitment process from advertising and shortlisting, to interviewing and managing offers.
  
  
• Building strong, trusted partnerships with clients, ensuring their hiring needs are delivered with speed and quality.
  
  
• Actively sourcing and engaging talent through databases, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks to create standout candidate pipelines.
  
  
• Conducting candidate screening and interviews to match the right people to the right opportunities.
  
  
• Presenting polished shortlists and candidate profiles that meet client expectations and timelines.
  
  
• Staying on top of compliance with government processes, policies, and Fair Work legislation.
  
  
• Keeping everything running smoothly with accurate systems, reporting, and updates.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven recruitment experience (government experience highly regarded).
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised, proactive, and confident juggling multiple roles at once.
• Exceptional communication skills.
