This represents an extremely rare opportunity to join an impressive accounting firm based in the Northern Suburbs of Brisbane. This firm has been in operation for many years and are now planning for the future.

POSITION

The position of Salary Partner has been created to cater for succession planning and future growth.

Working alongside a team of motivated existing Partners, the role will involve

• Day to day operations of the firm
• New Business Development
• Client relationship management
• Training, mentoring and developing the team (on shore and offshore)

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• CA/CPA
• 15+ years experience within Australian Public Practice within reputable firms
• Stable employment history
• Excellent technical tax ability
• Demonstrated ability to operate to operate as a Partner
• Genuine passion to progress to equity
• Previous experience supervising and mentoring staff
• Exceptional communication and presentation
• Full working rights (no sponsorship provided)
