Permanent Part-Time & Casual Positions

Swansea Workers Club offers excellent in-house catering across two main outlets, Rawson’s Bistro and Café as well as a Cocktail Bar, a busy Main Bar, Function Room as well as a Gaming Room with 32 EGM’s, TAB and Keno facilities, with 2 grass bowling greens.

We are currently have the following positions available.

Bistro Cashier, this is a permanent \ part-time position over a 5-day period averaging 32-35 hours per week.

Bar\Cafe Attendants, these are casual positions with lunch and dinner shifts available.

To be considered for the roles, you will be.

· Well presented, bubbly and approachable.

· Previous food experience an advantage for the Bistro Cashier’s.

· Barista\Bar experience an advantage for the Bar\Café Attendants.

· Current RSA. If you don’t have RSA, the Club will assist you in ascertaining your certificate.

· Excellent customer service.

· Taking customer orders with accurate cash handling skills

· Ability to work on your own or in a team environment.

· A strong work ethic that makes you a reliable and dependable team member.

· Flexible to work as per roster, with availability on weekdays / nights and weekends.

· Keeping the workplace clean, safe and hygienic.

· Have full Australian working rights.
