About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Process Worker to join our team in Bayswater, WA. In this position, you will play a key role in our manufacturing and production processes, contributing to the success of our growing business.

Your main responsibility is to ensure all honey is blended and industrial products are packed to specification, in accordance with our production schedule and food safety standards.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values quality, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.

What You'll be Doing

Operation of the drum and IBC decant area.

Coordinate the empty drum and IBC yard.

Operation of decanting and IBC decant processing systems and other equipment.

Operation of the filter room including CCP (Critical Control Point).

Conduct minor maintenance of processing areas and surrounds.

Load/unload hot rooms and hot boxes.

Process and pack industrial honey to specification.

Clean and maintain beekeeping IBCs.

Maintaining a hygienic, safe and organised work environment.

Preparation of all necessary paperwork for the area.

Data entry into the computer system

Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and effective workflow

What You’ll Need

✔️ Valid Forklift Licence
✔️ Previous processing or manufacturing experience (preferred)
✔️ Basic computer literacy
