ProCare Australia – Leaders in Recruitment and Labour Hire for the Community Service sector.
Since 2003, ProCare Australia has been a specialist recruiter and labour‑hire provider in the Community Services sector, connecting qualified professionals to casual, locum, fixed-term, and permanent roles. We support government agencies, NGOs, not‑for‑profits, and private organisations nationally - with a focus on Labour Hire across Queensland.
Though our labour‑hire positions are casual, many team members work full‑time hours at enhanced pay rates - benefiting from casual loading, penalty rates, and “above-award” arrangements - while enjoying the flexibility to choose when and where they work.
The Role
We are hiring Residential Youth Workers to assist with urgent coverage for sleepover shifts across multiple organisations throughout SEQLD. Our staff are paid above award rates plus a sleepover allowance of $106.72!
While casual employment doesn’t guarantee a minimum number of hours, many of our team members work full time hours thanks to strong demand.
Residential Youth Workers must have availability for sleepover shifts and weekend shifts. Applicants should ideally hold at least 2-3 days of availability per week across weekdays and weekends.
We are currently urgently seeking multiple staff to assist with multiple shift requests across Burpengary, North Lakes, Morayfield, Mango Hill and Narangba. Shifts will be offered according to your preferences, skills and experience.
As demand continues to grow across the Community Services sector, ProCare Australia is expanding our team of dedicated Residential Youth Workers. We're looking for qualified, experienced, and passionate professionals who are flexible, committed, and ready to make a meaningful impact.
In this vital role, you'll provide trauma-informed, strengths-based, and client-centred support to Children and Young People - helping them build brighter futures every day.
If you're driven by purpose and thrive in a team that values compassion, resilience, and integrity, we want to hear from you.
