Seventh-day Adventist Schools (Victoria) Ltd is seeking a passionate and skilled teacher for a full-time role, commencing immediately and continuing for the rest of 2025, focused on student support across both primary and secondary levels at both Heritage College campuses.
This position includes:
- 0.6 FTE Academic Intervention ? Providing targeted literacy and numeracy support for students who require additional assistance.
- 0.4 FTE Mental Health & Wellbeing Support (Primary) ? Working as part of our established wellbeing team to facilitate and support mental health initiatives within the primary school.

The successful candidate will demonstrate that they:
- Support whole-school wellbeing and resilience through proactive, evidence-based strategies aligned with PB4L Tier 1 practices.
- Deliver targeted small-group and individual interventions for emerging mental health and behavioural needs in line with PB4L Tier 2 supports.
- Plan, deliver and assess an intervention program which extends students? engagement and achievement, and accurately report on achievements.
- Provide targeted small-group and individual interventions to support students requiring additional assistance in literacy and numeracy across Primary and Secondary.
- Support and actively promote, and not undermine, the Christian-based values and ethos of the College based on the mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church
Requirements of the role:
- Bachelor of Education
- VIT Registered Teacher
- Willingness to work across both Heritage College campuses

The salary range is $83-124k based on years of experience.
