As an Educator.

You will:

Hold a minimum of a Certificate lll in Children’s Services or be working towards one.

Have a current blue card, first aid certificate and recent CPR certificate or the ability to gain these.

Have some knowledge of documentation, program and planning, the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

A strong commitment to working as part of an engaged and professional team culture.

The ability to engage, interact and communicate with children and families.

Be passionate and dedicated to the Early Childhood sector with a strong belief in play-based education.

Have a desire to continuously improve your practices and knowledge through professional development.
