About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a qualified and experienced Licensed Plumber to step into a plumbing role with Cushman & Wakefield. You’ll lead the delivery of planned maintenance and asset lifecycle replacement projects across commercial sites.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform changeover/replacement works based on our client’s asset lifecycle program schedules at multiple facilities across Adelaide and Rural Areas.

• Urgent, routine & ad-hoc maintenance, repairs, inspections on client’s premises and equipment as directed by the company.

• Working autonomously or in a team environment for large or small project works.

• Undertake and record PRA, Job Safety Analysis prior to commencement of tasks.

• Liaise closely with key stakeholders and C&W staff to ensure they are aware of any disruption to services by any works undertaken.

• Ensure effective Key Performance Indicators are managed effectively including response times, safety, compliance, and financial performance of all job numbers assigned to you.

What You’ll Bring:

• Licensed Plumber with relevant trade qualifications.

• Maintenance experience in repairs of Rinnai instantaneous hot water systems, Rotex units, Zip hot water systems, and pump systems is a MUST.

• Experience in commercial and/or residential plumbing.

• Backflow registration – Highly Desired

• Roofing/guttering experience (highly desirable).

• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional nights or afternoons.

• Own hand tools.
