Western Parcel Express (WPE) is a leading logistics provider, offering freight and storage solutions across New South Wales and beyond. We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Night Warehouse Storeperson to join our team at our newly built Dubbo depot.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Director of Regional Operations, this position involves forklift operation, loading and unloading various vehicles, scanning freight using PDA scanners, and ensuring efficient and safe warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts safely and efficiently

Load and unload vehicles in accordance with load restraint and mass management requirements

Scan and sort freight using PDA devices

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment

Communicate effectively with team members and management

Skills and Experience Required:

Extensive experience in forklift operation (valid forklift licence essential)

Strong understanding of load restraint and mass management principles

Prior use of PDA scanners for freight management

Basic computer literacy

Good communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Commitment to workplace cleanliness and safety standards

Desirable Qualifications:

Current HC, HR, or MR truck licence

Knowledge of Dangerous Goods handling and transportation

Working Hours:

Sunday to Thursday | 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
(Commencing Sunday night and finishing Friday morning)
