POSITION SUMMARY:
We seek a well experienced Architectural Draftsperson, exercising technical proficiency in Revit to join our team with a minimum of 2 years’ experience. This is an opportunity to work closely with the Principal Architect and a dedicated team of architects and technicians. Working with the team, from concept through to delivery, you will be responsible for architectural drafting and project delivery, always driving and maintaining the highest standards throughout the projects. This role allows for the possibility to develop into a higher role.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Architectural Drafting
• Teamworking and deadline delivery

SKILLS SET & PROFICIENCY EXPECTED:
• Tertiary qualifications in architectural drafting
• Demonstrated experience with Australian Standards, BCA and NCC
• Full range of drafting skills including technical proficiency and drawing ability using Revit
• High standard portfolio with small to medium scale multi residential and mixed use and/or commercial projects
• Proven experience in architectural documentation
• Experience working within an architectural firm
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Adobe suite
• Microsoft suite
• Self-Management and project delivery skills
