National Workforce Planning Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced National Workforce Planning Manager to lead and deliver workforce planning strategies across Australia. This position offers the opportunity to play a critical role in optimising resources, improving efficiency, and supporting long-term business objectives.

The Role

• Lead and oversee workforce planning nationally across multiple sites.
• Develop and implement long-term resource strategies aligned with business needs.
• Drive improvements in rostering, training, leave and compliance management.
• Provide analysis, reporting and scenario modelling to support decision-making.
• Enhance workforce systems and processes, with a focus on automation.
• Manage and develop a central planning team.

About You

• Previous experience in multi-site workforce planning.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to influence at all levels.
• Sound knowledge of Enterprise Agreements, National Awards and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, financial and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in aviation, logistics or another regulated industry (highly regarded).
• Strong understanding of workforce management systems and technology.

The Opportunity
