Nurse Next Door is looking for a dynamic and experienced Nursing Care Coordinator (Registered Nurse) for aged care and disability clients in their own homes.
The role is located in our Hobart office and requires daily travel to clients home in our bold pink car.

About the Role
Reporting to our Managing Director, your role will be to manage both aged and disability clients. The role includes but will not be limited to the following:
Working one on one with clients and their support network to develop a customised care plan
Oversee a team of nurses and caregivers to deliver a high standard of clinical care
Maintain meticulous records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
Experience in basic and complex wound management
Competent in catheter insertion - SPC and IDC (both male and female)

Mandatory Requirements
Registered Nurse with (AHPRA Registration required) with no conditions or limitations imposed on practice- minimum 5 years experience
Experience in either a Home Care setting or Aged Care facility is highly regarded
CPR & First Aid Certification
Current Drivers Licence
National Police Check
Working With Vulnerable People Check - employee status, or willing to obtain
NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willing to obtain clearance
NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
