Caledonia Group are seeking expressions of interest for an experienced Oil & Gas Scaffolding Coordinator Fixed Term Permanent.

The Role

The Scaffolding Coordinator role is a fixed term permanent position working within our client’s office located in Perth CBD, Monday – Friday 8hr per day with Ad-Hoc site visits (site visits will apply a site uplift).

This is an autonomous role that will see you reporting directly to an Oil & Gas client.

You will be responsible for:

Scaffolding Planning & preparation prior to turnaround execution

Creation and completion of scaffolding scope sheets

Development, implementation, and updating of scaffolding register

Development of scaffolding work packs

Reporting on preparation completion against set targets i.e. work pack readiness

Update workorders to reflect scaffolding norms, and scaffolding hour requirements reflective of scope

Establishment of Site Scaffold yard prior to turnaround event

Identify required scaffolding material required for turnaround event

Identify resources required and create manning resource profile for pre-execution, execution, and post-execution

Attend site for turnaround duration and oversee scaffolding operations during turnaround event

Allocating day-to-day work priorities schedule

Reporting on schedule progress

Communicating operational information to and from the client leadership and operations team

Measuring and reporting on team performance

Audit and Compliance Activities for onsite scaffolding activities

About You
This role would suit an adaptable problem solver with good technical knowledge, leadership, and effective communication skills with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
You will also have:

HRWL Qualifications/Licences in Advanced Scaffolding (SA) with a min of at least 3 years’ experience in a planning role

Relevant Onshore Oil & Gas experience working in a dynamic Turnaround & Campaign environment

Ability to create scaffold register’s and/or utilise clients scaffold register software

Previous experience in managing costs and budgeting

Previous experience in the creation of CTR’s

Ability to read GA drawings

Demonstrated success in work pack development

Demonstrated Navisworks work experience

Ability to create manning/resource profiles

Good computer skills with the ability to use integrated management systems, spreadsheet, word processing and presentation applications

A high level of experience with using computerised maintenance management system (CMMS), i.e. SAP

A Western Australian C-Class drivers’ licence

Previous rigging planning experience advantageous (Desirable)
