This role is for someone who:

Communicates with ease – you know how to build trust with kids and parents.

Loves teaching – you’re passionate about skill development and student progress.

Is adaptable – you respond well to change and kids’ needs on the fly.

Values personal growth – you’re open to learning and feedback.

Can commit to regular hours – especially on weekends.

Experienced swim teachers are strongly encouraged to apply, but we’re also open to the right person who wants to become qualified and begin their swim teaching career with us.
