Rosehill College is a registered training organisation (RTO) delivering high-quality education and training across a range of disciplines. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Trainer/Assessor to deliver and assess the UEE30820 Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician qualification.

The Role

We are looking for a dedicated onshore Trainer/Assessor (Contractor) with strong industry experience to deliver engaging, compliant, and high-quality training to our students. The role involves face-to-face and/or blended delivery, ensuring students develop both the technical skills and compliance knowledge required to succeed in the electrotechnology field.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver and assess units within the UEE30820 Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician qualification.

Develop and adapt training resources to meet learner and industry needs.

Ensure compliance with the Standards for RTOs and ASQA requirements.

Provide timely feedback, mentoring, and support to students.

Maintain accurate student records and assessment documentation.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician (or higher qualification in the field).

Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent, including LLN & Assessment units).

Current industry currency and strong vocational experience.

Sound understanding of compliance within the VET sector.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as a contractor.
