Our client, a leading chemical manufacturer, is currently seeking an experienced and safety-conscious High Reach Forklift Operator to join their dynamic team. With a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, they foster a welcoming environment where all employees are valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate high reach forklifts, primarily within the Finished Goods warehouse (80–90% of shift).
• Load and unload trucks and containers with accuracy and care.
• Use RF scanning systems for inventory control and order processing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across warehouse and work areas.
• Promptly report equipment faults and safety concerns to the area supervisor.
• Perform general picking and packing duties, including documentation for export containers.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and ensure proper vehicle operation on-site.

Requirements:

• High reach forklift experience is essential.
• Solid background in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Basic computer and system proficiency (training provided for specific tools).
• Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Physically fit and able to lift to 20kg as required.
