The brief ...... here we get down to business

You, will take a seat on the Global stage, while providing localised strategy; leading a team; driving strategy and sharing input.

Service scope management and service delivery - Aligning needs and service scope for local people operations. Securing quality service delivery as per agreed scope.

Continuous improvement roadmap - Identifying and driving initiatives that continuously aim to improve the experience and effectiveness of local people operations, using technology to simplify and accelerate efficien.

Harmonization of locally required people operations - Driving harmonization of local people processes and practices and seeking ways to increase scale.

Local people operations execution and team development Leading and developing a team ensure efficient and quality delivery of agreed services in the scope.

Project delivery - Responsible for local projects that contribute to the delivery of a People & Communications Plan. Localization of needed items and projects from global / area.

Annual processes - Supporting in preparing and delivering annual processes according to agreed process cycle with close guidance from respective owner

The professional requirments that we are looking for, is a diverse P+C background; track record in multi-culatural business envrionemtns; extensive expeirence in leading and developing a payroll function. No doubt you have experience in coaching, mentoring and developing teams.

10 years experience in a similar role; a second language would be an asset.
